TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Eligibility: Offer strictly limited to businesses with a physical location or primary service area in Gainesville/Hall County, GA.

  • One-Time Use: This $500 credit is valid for one-time use per business entity.

  • Monthly Limit: This promotion is limited to exactly 3 businesses per calendar month.

  • Booking Policy: Spots are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. A session is only considered "Booked" once the 50% non-refundable retainer is paid and the Service Agreement is signed.

  • Production Scope: Price includes 2 hours of on-site filming at a single location and one edited Reel/TikTok asset with 5 high-res stills. Additional filming time or edits will be billed at standard Foundry Film Co. rates.

  • Creative Control: Foundry Film Co. reserves the right to select businesses that best align with our current production capacity and portfolio style.

  • Delivery & Feedback: Final assets delivered within 7 business days of shoot, provided client feedback is received within 48 hours of draft delivery.

  • Portfolio Rights: Foundry Film Co. may use all assets for promotional and portfolio use.

  • Rescheduling: 48-hour notice required to reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the offer.
